YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED OR YOUR GOODS ARE DEFECTIVE:
Of course, in this case you can make use of your 30-day right of return - starting from the day of delivery.

CLEAN-FIT-PERFORMANCE - MAYBE NO RETURN IS NECESSARY:
We would be happy to provide you with important information regarding initial use - it may be possible to solve one or two problems:

1) Before first use, it is important to fully charge the battery. The battery is fully charged when the USB cable no longer lights up red but green.

2) With the “Power Edition” the on-off button must be pressed for approx. three seconds to activate the first strength level. By briefly pressing it again, the second strength level is activated. If you press it briefly again, the CLEAN-FIT-PERFORMANCE switches off again.
Common mistake: However, if the on-off button is pressed continuously, it skips all its modes and switches itself off again.

3) The round nozzles are intended for the integrated compressed air function and are to be attached to the rear of the ventilation of the CLEAN-FIT-PERFORMANCE. To enhance the compressed air function, dust containers and filters can be removed to increase the air supply.

A NOTICE:
Please send the goods back to us if possible unused, undamaged and with all utensils in the original packaging.
We ask for your understanding that our return conditions unfortunately do not provide for the issuance of a return slip or the assumption of return costs. If the return inspection reveals a defect, the return shipping costs will of course also be reimbursed.
As soon as we have received the return, we will refund you the purchase amount using the same payment method you selected when purchasing.
Please note that returns processing can take up to 14 days after receipt.
