YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED OR YOUR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE:
Of course, in this case you can make use of your extended 30-day right of return - counting from the day of delivery.

Simply write to us using the contact form or send us an email to info@norsky.de - here we can record your request and coordinate the next steps quickly and easily.

NOTE FOR RETURNS:
To ensure maximum service, returns are only sent to our returns center in Germany. Please do not return the goods without first notifying us by email so that we can ensure that your return is correctly received and allocated. We will therefore be happy to send you the German return address by email.



CLEAN-FIT-PERFORMANCE™ - MAYBE NO RETURN IS NECESSARY:
We would like to send you some important information regarding the first use - this may help to solve one or two problems:

1) It is important to fully charge the battery before using it for the first time. The battery is fully charged when the USB cable no longer lights up red but green.

2) With the “Power Edition”, the on/off button must be pressed for approximately three seconds to activate the first strength level. Pressing it briefly again activates the second strength level. If you press it briefly again, the CLEAN-FIT-PERFORMANCE™ switches off again.
Common mistake: If the on-off button is pressed continuously, it skips all its modes and switches itself off again.

3) The round nozzles are intended for the integrated compressed air function and are to be attached to the rear of the ventilation of the CLEAN-FIT-PERFORMANCE ™ . To increase the compressed air function, the dust container and filter can be removed to increase the air supply.

A NOTICE:
Please send the goods back to us in as clean and well-maintained a condition as possible and with all utensils in the original packaging. We ask that you empty the dust container of the CLEAN-FIT-PERFORMANCE™ before returning it. As soon as we receive the return, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method that you selected when making the purchase. Please note that the return process can/may take up to 14 days after receipt.
